Administrative Coordinator for Academic Offices

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Central Brighton, working full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, and one Saturday per month.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £26,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Job Summary:
  • As the first point of contact, you will receive and respond to telephone and email inquiries, ensuring efficient communication.
  • You will process applications, complete referencing for clients, and perform other essential tasks related to office administration.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, completing Right to Rent checks and writing up contracts.
  • You will also support general office duties such as filing, scanning, franking, sending post, and data entry.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft packages like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
