Site Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Officer to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a Site Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics site, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Monitoring: Monitor CCTV footage, conduct site patrols, and ensure all entrance and exit barriers are functioning correctly.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer interactions, respond to queries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Site Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are parked effectively, maintain a safe working environment, and perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer payments and update our CRM system accordingly.
  • First Point of Contact: Be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors to the site, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous Experience: Previous site-officer or security guard experience is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate politely and effectively with a variety of people.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, with confidence using computer equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
