Support Worker for Young People with Emotional Needs

As a Support Worker for Young People with Emotional Needs, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to pupils, as well as helping to maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment. You will also be involved in developing and delivering engaging lesson plans and supporting children with mental health needs in the classroom.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £88-£98 per day, depending on experience.

We are looking for a graduate who has qualified in Psychology, Criminology, or Health & Social Care, or has a general understanding of welfare and mental health. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, confident, and able to work using their own initiative.
