We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, empathy, and previous experience working with children. This role offers essential restorative experience within anti-social and challenging settings, making it perfect for those considering a career in prison, rehabilitation, probation, or youth justice services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic and therapeutic support to students with SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Requirements
