At Academics Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Mental Health Education Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 5-16 who face various social, emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges.

This position offers a fantastic chance for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into the mental health or psychology field. You will gain valuable hands-on experience working with children who require support and guidance in developing essential life skills.

The successful candidate will serve as a positive role model, supporting the development of social skills, emotional regulation, and encouraging healthy interactions with peers. In this role, you will engage with various aspects of mental health and education, applying your knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to children aged 5-16
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote social skills and emotional regulation
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
