About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Program Manager to lead our IT project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT projects and programs that drive business value for Dierbergs Markets Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with the PMO to develop and implement innovative project management strategies
  • Ensure alignment of program and project scope with stakeholder expectations
  • Develop and manage program and project plans to meet business objectives, including roadmaps, timelines, resources, and costs
  • Communicate program and project status to IT leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring dependencies, risks, and issues are documented and communicated effectively
  • Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges and business opportunities
  • Formulate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for potential products and coordinate product demonstrations
  • Ensure complete program and project documentation, including kickoff templates, project plans, Agile ceremony documents, requirements, design, testing, implementation, production cutover, logistics, policies, and procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT project management and/or business analysis
  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate efforts with others, both inside and outside of the department
  • Experience working with business processes in a retail environment is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of project management using Agile approaches, with Scrum Certification preferred
  • Jira Tool experience is required
