Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to support the Senior Management team in a dynamic work environment at Blue Mountain Water Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in various software applications. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting the Senior Management team with daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Google Suite.
  • Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
  • Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  2. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other office software applications.
  4. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
  5. A driving licence and your own car is required for the role.
