Job Summary
As a Senior Asset Management Project Lead at Mapletree, you will be responsible for delivering capex projects and strategies for various project types, ranging from fire safety, health and safety, and AEI upgrades across a vast portfolio of student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and develop capex project requests into full scopes to deliver in-line with our agreed SOPs.
  2. Liaise with and manage various external consultants and contractors to deliver the required documentation for successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and implement QA/QC SOPs to ensure all works are completed in line with agreed scopes and budgets.
  4. Create tender documentation to undertake the procurement process for various services and projects, in line with the company requirements.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including via external project managers, providing regular updates on status and any changes.
  6. Support Investment Teams in procuring and undertaking due diligence on various elements of asset investment/divestment processes.
  7. Propose, plan, and coordinate capital asset enhancement/upgrade projects and tenant improvement works.
  8. Monitor and track various projects being undertaken by on-site teams and/or external contractors.
  9. Support the Asset Management team in the budgeting process and monitor and report on the cost controlling of expenses.
  10. Prepare monthly reporting for senior teams on project statuses, including cost, scope, and programme updates.
Requirements
  1. Degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction, Building Services, or similar.
  2. At least 7 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in managing multiple projects.
  3. Possess sound knowledge in tenant management, building maintenance, technical services, and construction work.
  4. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  5. Strong leadership, planning, communication, and good interpersonal skills are essential.
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage operations and projects simultaneously.
