Job Title: Director, Portfolio Management Finance Lead

Job Summary:
Brookfield Asset Management, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Director, Portfolio Management Finance to join its Infrastructure European Portfolio Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing financial reporting and analysis to enable sound decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate financial and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including Brookfield senior leadership
• Oversee and sign-off of financial reporting submissions, including management accounts, IFRS, and private funds reporting
• Collaborate with operating partners and portfolio companies on strategic plans and financial models
• Analyze performance against financial plans, identifying root causes and establishing action plans
• Lead onboarding and integration of new assets into Brookfield finance and accounting processes
• Review liquidity forecasts and support approval and execution of capital activity
• Develop a thorough understanding of operating businesses to provide insightful reporting to senior management
• Mentor Senior Financial Analysts and prepare analysis and special projects to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:
• ACCA or ACA qualification with Big 4 experience and at least 7 years of PQE experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead work products and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort interacting with senior executives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to review and update financial models
