Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Portfolio Finance Director to join our deal team and work closely with external borrowers in the critical investment closing process and oversight through the life cycle of complex portfolio-level loan facilities.

Our Portfolio Finance division provides customized, proprietary secured loans to private asset managers. As such, the loan asset management team interacts regularly with the investment team, borrowers, and external stakeholders – from origination to offboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the deal team with onboarding and closing new deals, including review of legal documentation, compliance, and best practices related to Loan Asset Management functions.
  • Provide ongoing servicing and administration functions on loans, including covenant monitoring, borrower relationship management, and financial modeling.
  • Collaborate with Treasury & Investment Operations teams to support investments and develop process improvements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant investment operations experience, preferably with private equity, private real estate, or private credit and lending documents.
  • Exceptional project/time management, coordination, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced use of Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
