Senior Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer Manager to join our in-house creative team at Brookfield Asset Management.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of work and have a deep understanding of current design trends and best practices. They will be responsible for creating and evolving various Brookfield brand-aligned touchpoints from concept to execution.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Design Director, collaborating with global design teams to deliver high-quality materials in a timely manner. They will be responsible for building upon brand guidelines, creating consistent brand-aligned materials across all touchpoints, and bringing fresh and creative ideas to communicate content effectively.
In this role, the candidate will also support the execution of firmwide marketing touchpoints that support business priorities as well as client acquisition/retention strategies. They will be expected to develop day-to-day creative solutions across all mediums, including digital assets, environmental design, and other platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a design degree with 7-10+ years of professional experience within a corporate environment. They will have expertise in creating concepts, designs, and specifications for platforms, including print, web, email, social, and environments. They will also have working and collaborating experience with executives and presenting design ideas effectively.
The selected candidate will be an active member of a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and a results-driven mindset. They will be expected to manage time efficiently and communicate effectively, providing quality assurance across every project.
Key qualifications include a design degree, 7-10+ years of professional experience, expertise in creating concepts and designs, working and collaborating with executives, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.
