Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team at Pacific Asset Management, LLC. This is a unique opportunity to drive business transformation and lead global finance projects.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex business change programs, working closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic goals, and leading cross-functional teams to implement process and technology changes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading business change programs in the financial services industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior business leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • A deep understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and improve them
  • Experience with design thinking techniques and lean development principles
