Job Title: Senior Commercial Solar Energy Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Solar Energy Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our solar panel solutions for commercial buildings. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth, focusing on expanding our client base and market share in the commercial sector.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers within commercial organizations, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the renewable energy sector, using insights to drive strategic planning and decision-making.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our solar panel solutions.
  5. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless execution of solar panel installations and customer satisfaction.
  6. Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and stay updated on industry developments.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the renewable energy sector or commercial building solutions, with experience with solar panel systems being highly desirable.
  2. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of solar energy technologies, commercial building operations, and renewable energy market trends.
  4. Drive: Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
