Job Summary:
We are recruiting an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at KiddyKare's Richmond nursery. As a Nursery Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children, from birth to five years old.
">Key Accountabilities:
- Safeguarding: Implement robust safeguarding measures to ensure child safety and well-being.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage lessons tailored to individual children's needs.
- Personal Development: Commit to ongoing learning and self-improvement, staying updated on best practices in early years education.
- Policies and Procedures: Understand and adhere to all established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or above.
- A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted guidelines.
- An awareness of child protection, health and safety, equal opportunities, and SEN/Inclusion principles.
- Previous experience as a key worker for a group of children and families.
- The ability to effectively observe, assess, and report on children's behavior.
- Strong empathy and understanding of children under five years old.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with children and parents.
- Ability to produce clear reports and maintain accurate records.
