Role Overview

Achieving for Children is a leading organization in the field of children's mental health, providing innovative and effective solutions to support young people's well-being.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a CAMHS Practitioner in Kingston. The successful candidate will work closely with our Emotional Health Service to provide high-quality interventions and support to children and families.

The role involves conducting assessments, delivering low to moderate-level interventions, and providing workshops and consultations to school staff. As a qualified mental health professional, you will have experience working with children facing mental health challenges and be familiar with working in a school setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of £43,877 - £51,044 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 29 days annual leave, local government pension scheme, and flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and deliver interventions to children and families
  • Provide workshops and consultations to school staff
  • Work collaboratively with the Emotional Health Service team to achieve service goals
