Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled electrician to carry out electrical installation condition reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires, as well as relevant certifications such as City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3, and 17th or 18th Edition qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out EICRs, installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.
  • Perform periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety.
  • Hold a full, valid driving licence.
