About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer complaints through to resolution in a customer-focused team with some leadership experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate cases, processing complaints within 30 working days.
  • Analyse evidence and draft clear explanations for decisions.
  • Identify non-compliance and take action.
  • Build and present PowerPoint presentations and interpret data.
  • Supervise the team and provide guidance on complex cases.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service complaints handling experience.
  • PowerPoint experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Great team player with positive attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This hybrid-based opportunity requires a commutable area to Amersham, with a minimum of 2 office days a week.
