Sales Growth Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities for a well-established MSP, targeting 2025 as a period of growth. With a lucrative, uncapped commission structure, you have the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.
The Role:- New Business focus: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Securing new business opportunities: Build strong client relationships and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
- IT Sales background: You should have experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in a hunter-style sales environment.
- Hunter style salesperson: You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and closing deals.
- Commutable to Hayes: You should be located within commuting distance of Hayes to ensure timely attendance at meetings and client visits.
We are offering a salary range of £40,000-£50,000 (OTE £70,000+), with an uncapped commission structure. Additionally, you will receive hybrid working arrangements, training, progression opportunities, and company benefits.
