Job Description

As an Instrumental Music Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by assisting with lesson scheduling, payment processing, and student record management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with instructors to ensure smooth lesson delivery
  • Managing student records and attendance
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with commission report reconciliation
  • Supporting staff during peak periods
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of musical instruments and music theory
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
