Job Opportunity

No prior teaching experience is required for this role. We provide comprehensive training, support, and development to ensure your success.

The annual salary for this position is £26,000, with the potential to progress up to £31,000 per annum. In addition, an annual staff bonus of £1,500 is offered based on individual performance and company success.

You will receive 12 weeks of paid holiday per year.

This role requires you to deliver music lessons in a rock and pop band setting to primary school students, aiming for up to 10 schools per week.

Fuel contributions are provided in addition to your salary.

A driving license and own transport are essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging music lessons to students in a rock and pop band setting.
  • Serve as a positive role model, empowering and supporting children to perform live at termly concerts.
  • Offer students their first opportunity to play an instrument, promoting confidence, resilience, and well-being through performing in a band.
