We are currently looking for an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join our Sheffield branch team.



Job Description:


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day planning of the engineering team at the branch, customer liaison and support, and providing administration assistance to the Service Desk and Engineering Management teams.


To ensure compliance with all aspects of company quality systems, procedures, and operations, the ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Project planning and scheduling, including reviewing pre-and post-installation documentation;
  • Providing support to the administrative, service desk, and engineering teams;
  • Being flexible in planning engineers and administrative tasks;


Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have IT literacy and be confident on the phone, with a full UK driving license due to occasional travel requirements.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.


This salary range has been estimated based on national averages for similar roles in the engineering industry.
