Job Title: Branch Manager

MacGregor Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a trade branch team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day branch operations, managing the trade counter, quoting/order processing, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a trade branch team of 6 to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop relationships with existing and potential customers, answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Oversee branch operations, including trade counter, quoting, and warehouse management.
  • Drive sales development in line with budgets and targets.
  • Inspire and support team members through training and coaching.
  • Manage branch opening, closing, banking, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Sales and branch management experience within the window and door trade supply sector.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to develop customer relationships.
  • Organized, customer-centric, and proactive approach.
  • Commercial awareness and sales flair to identify opportunities.
  • Driving Licence required.

Package:

  • Basic salary £34-37k DOE.
  • Monthly branch bonus scheme.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule.

Please note that previous hands-on work experience and knowledge of windows and doors is essential.
