Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Development Operations Lead to join our development team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the internal business development process, ensuring product development meets customer and business expectations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience from a similar FMCG role with the food industry, good IT skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and a full UK driving license (location-dependent).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the internal business development process to ensure product development meets customer and business expectations.
  • Lead and support the team to deliver high-quality products, ensuring delivery of projects through critical path management.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure all product development is clear and accurate on sector pipeline document.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including a full range of employee benefits and a comprehensive pension scheme.
