Financial Administrator

Jigsaw Creative Care Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join their team in Beech Hill, Reading.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Finance & Payroll Manager with various accounts administration activities
- Assist in a wide range of day-to-day finance processes, including processing mileage claims, cash cheques, and new starters and leavers
- Submit decision documents and process purchase ledger, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Oversee cash books and perform month-end reconciliations for various bank accounts and credit cards
- Provide finance inductions and data input in Xero
- Order office stationery and perform payroll data inputting and queries
- Process decision documents and perform other duties to support the Administrator and Manager
- Experience of finance or accounts administration of at least 1-2 years
- Good telephone manner and verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Able to perform data input with accuracy
- Finance-related qualification or experience
Jigsaw Creative Care Limited is a small finance team that supports adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues to live an independent life on a day-to-day basis.
We use Xero as our account package and Sage for Payroll, and full training can be provided for both.
Due to the location of our office, it is recommended that applicants can drive and have their own vehicle.
