About the Role:
The Financial Administrator will be responsible for providing financial support to the Accounting & Finance team at Page Personnel Finance. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of financial administration, financial reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank matching and bank reconciliations for all entities
- Process inter company recharge invoicing and reconciliations
- Post credit card receipts and manage parent billing queries
- Implement soft credit control measures, including sending statements and chasing slow payers
- Support with month end process and close, as well as year end audit
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in financial administration and financial reporting within the finance sector
- Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Demonstrable experience in daily transactional work and supporting different team members in a small, close-knit team
- Previous exposure to a common ERP system, such as Sage, Oracle, SAP, or strong Excel skills
