About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa Care Services. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, manage cash allocation, complete banking, and take appropriate action in relation to debt management using bespoke software.
- Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure timely and accurate information and payment.
- Ensure correct and complete documentation, including Terms and Conditions, are provided and recorded for all admissions.
- Safeguard monies on behalf of residents and funds raised by the home, recording and reconciling transactions to bank statements.
- Manage purchasing and supplier payments, petty cash transactions, and replenishment.
- Process employee-related information and payroll to ensure accurate and timely staff payments.
- Provide clerical support to the Home Manager, including letter writing, memos, and local management reporting.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system, stationery replenishment, and personnel file management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Financial Administrator, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly manner. You will be approachable, organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and internal/external teams.
