Financial Administrator

Jigsaw Creative Care Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join their team in Reading. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance & Payroll Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of various finance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage financial transactions, including mileage claims, cash cheques, and purchase ledger processing.
- Assist with new starter and leaver processes, including data input and decision document submission.
- Oversee cash books, perform month-end reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance & Payroll Manager, including data input, payroll queries, and finance inductions.
- Order office stationery and perform other duties as required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounts administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
- Proficient in data input and able to perform tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full training will be provided for Xero and Sage payroll.
