Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for processing orders, handling invoicing, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update financial records
- Handle invoicing and payment collection
- Process customer and supplier invoices
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Liaise with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports
- Assist in financial audits
- Support other finance-related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Exposure to previous Financial roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures
What We Offer:
Finance Administrator
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum
Permanent Position
Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office)
Flexible working (Start and finish time negotiable)
