We are a leading Independent Financial Planning firm, Janus Financial Consultancy Ltd, providing bespoke financial planning services to a diverse range of professionals throughout the UK.
The Role
- General office administration duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and responding to correspondence.
- Updating and maintaining systems and files to ensure seamless operations.
- Submission of mortgage applications and assisting in the process from research to offer and completion.
- Providing exceptional customer service by writing to clients to provide updates and request documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other English language skills to produce high-quality documents.
- Good general computer literacy to navigate various software systems.
- A pleasant and professional personality able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A genuine desire to learn and strive for success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Previous experience is beneficial, but not necessary, as comprehensive training can be provided to ensure success in this role.
