Job Title: Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Assistant to join our operations team at Cornmarket Group Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with the ability to maintain accurate records and provide excellent support to our team of Independent Financial Planners and review team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge, vet, and process new business applications for all products in a timely and accurate manner
  • Check and respond to customer enquiry emails
  • Prepare paperwork for client meetings, including compliance documentation
  • Prepare draft suitability reports for life, pension, and investment options
  • Liaise with investment companies and providers to obtain necessary information
  • Maintain client data in Intelligent Office with high accuracy
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Provide professional, friendly, and compliant service to customers
  • Comply with relevant risk control and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service experience, with the ability to work with customers in person and over the phone
  • Administration and/or cash reconciliation experience, with a strong attention to detail
  • Awareness of life, pension, and investment products, with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages, with the ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively
  • Strong self-organisation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
