About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ABM UK. As an integral part of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting the day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple teams within the organization, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations, showcasing your attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain and update databases and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and purchase orders, demonstrating your ability to multitask effectively.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, bringing your creative ideas to the table.
  • Handle general inquiries, both internally and externally, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, with a focus on delivering error-free work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions.
