Key Responsibilities- Provide reception support, including answering calls and greeting guests
- Assist the AVP in monitoring the HR management platform
- Arrange travel and hotel bookings for the AVP Administration
- Complete exit surveys for all student groups and provide a follow-up action plan for any improvements
- Distribute and collate Scholarship Trust applications
- Manage stationery provisions for the office and open/distribute post
- Act as the fire safety officer and arrange for fire drills to be completed each semester
- Meet and greet visitors, providing a comprehensive overview of the University where required
- Collate data and create reports on an ad hoc basis
- Experience as a PA/Executive Assistant providing top-level assistance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable working in an agile way with flexibility to take on new tasks
