Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our team at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling staff rotas to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
Main Responsibilities
The Rota Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling staff rotas to meet the needs of the trust
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date rotas are maintained
- Communicating with staff and managers to resolve any rotas-related issues
- Providing support and guidance to staff on rotas-related matters
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GCSE level or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable Criteria
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Familiarity with HR systems and procedures
- Experience of payroll and HR electronic systems
- NHS experience
