Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our team at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling staff rotas to ensure the smooth delivery of patient care.
Main Responsibilities
The Rota Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling staff rotas to meet the needs of the trust
- Ensuring that rotas are up-to-date and accurate
- Communicating with staff and managers to ensure that rotas are implemented effectively
- Providing support and guidance to staff on rotas and scheduling
- Analyzing and reporting on rotas and scheduling data to inform future planning
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- GCSE level or equivalent
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with HR systems and procedures
Desirable Criteria
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Experience of payroll and HR electronic systems
- Familiarity with HR related functioning of ESR
- NHS experience
