Role Overview

The Quality Lead Midwife Specialist will provide clinical and operational leadership to ensure safe and robust processes within the maternity system. This role requires collaboration with providers to address quality and safety issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing systems and processes to support quality improvement, monitoring and assuring quality of care in healthcare settings, and working in complex and challenging environments.

A key aspect of this role is working across multiple organisational boundaries to achieve demonstrable outcomes and improvements in the quality of care/patient experience.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
