Job Overview


At Legal & General, we're seeking a seasoned Client Service Solutions Manager to drive excellence in our Client Service Support Team. As a key member of our Global Client Service Operations, you'll oversee and escalate critical issues, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.



Key Responsibilities


  • Regularly review client service performance, identifying areas for improvement and sharing insights with GCSO management.
  • Lead the design and implementation of service model changes, ensuring strategic solutions.
  • Monitor and review non-vanilla models, guaranteeing their fit for purpose and considering innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review the opportunity pipeline, driving growth and engagement.
  • Owning the assessment and design of complex onboarding elements, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Work closely with distribution to monitor best practice guides, ensuring tactical and strategic solutions are aligned.
  • Act as an escalation point for LGIM's operational service issues, assisting in the oversight of client service suitability.
  • Lead operations projects and steering groups, working closely with Client Teams and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key business areas, representing client service interests and issues.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of LGIM products, operational platforms, and client strategies.


Qualifications


  • Strong investment knowledge, including understanding of investment vehicle options.
  • Knowledge of current investment markets and economic issues.
  • Experience in the investment management industry, providing exceptional client service and sales support.
  • Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients, building significant relationships.
  • Desirable experience in pensions or insurance.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
