**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our team in Scotland.

This is a unique opportunity to drive culture changes to improve collaboration amongst teams and across units with customers and suppliers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure successful delivery with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships to enhance client relationships
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and effective communication
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects in a consultancy background
  • Experience working with clients in the construction or utilities industry
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel for projects in the UK and Ireland
  • Confidence presenting to large groups and excellent communication skills
  • Formal project management qualification and relevant certifications
