Job Overview:
Lancaster Associates is a leading international investment bank seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Asset Management Coordinator to support a team of Managing Directors and Investment Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex travel schedules, meetings, and events, as well as providing administrative support to the Asset Management team.

This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have approximately 4-6 years of experience as an executive assistant or team coordinator, gained in a financial services business or similar sector. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident and helpful personality, and a great energy and drive.

The salary for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This exciting opportunity offers excellent career development, is a contract-to-perm role, and is fully based in-office.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex travel schedules and arrangements
• Manage meetings and events with senior executives and clients
• Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior executives and major corporate clients

Requirements:
