Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portfolio Development Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of investment strategies across various asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, and private equity.

  • Support all aspects of fund marketing activities, client prospect due diligence, and onboarding processes.
  • Work with CRMs to originate new client investment activity.
  • Cover on-site due diligence meetings with investment teams (prepare pre-meeting reports and appropriate materials, coordinate any follow-up).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance or a related field.
  • Post graduate studies in finance such as CFA, MBA, or CA/CPA an advantage.
  • Relevant experience (2-4 years) working in the financial services industry; property, infrastructure, private equity, or alternative asset funds knowledge.
