About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Chef de Partie to join our award-winning culinary team, responsible for creating exceptional dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce.

As a Night Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our resort.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques.

You will be responsible for meat, fish, and poultry cooking, as well as the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauces.
