About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Chef de Partie to join our award-winning Culinary Team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our culinary operations.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a solid background in culinary arts. You should have a strong knowledge of cooking techniques, including meat, fish, and poultry preparation, as well as basic stocks, soups, and sauces. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Job Details

Full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, 10pm to 6am, 5 days out of 7, with an element of weekend working.
