As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be part of a talented culinary team, working closely with our Executive Chef to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at the Dukes Clubhouse, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef, with a solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques.

You will be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
