About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Dukes Clubhouse. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop menus and ensure that our high standards of quality and presentation are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
  • Contribute to the development of menus and specials
  • Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and well-maintained

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual with previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef. You will have a solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
