About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Dukes Clubhouse. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, using locally sourced Scottish produce. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef to develop new menu ideas and ensure exceptional food quality.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef. You'll be competent in meat, fish, and poultry cooking, and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauces. You'll also be able to demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Requirements

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. You'll need to have:

  • 1 year of experience as a Chef, preferably in a similar role
  • 1 year of experience in cooking, preferably in a similar role
  • 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role

Work Location

This role is based in person, at our Dukes Clubhouse location.
