About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Chef de Partie to join our award-winning Culinary Team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to create innovative and delicious menus that exceed our guests' expectations.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence. You will have a solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be a team player who is able to communicate effectively with colleagues and provide exceptional service to our guests.
