Job Title: Chef de Partie

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join their team in Leuchars, St Andrews. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals for a large and varied client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Monitor food levels, organize storage, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs and catering assistants to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of the client base
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.00
  • The opportunity to work with a large and varied client base in Scotland
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings off
  • Weekly pay, paid each Friday
  • Temp to Perm options with many of our clients

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in food preparation and cooking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
