We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Art Fund, a national fundraising charity for art. As a key member of our National Art Pass marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion among the UK's diverse culture-seeking audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing programs across earned, owned, and paid channels to drive engagement and conversion.
- Manage creative and media agencies to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on-time, on-brand, and within budget.
- Foster effective partnerships with other brands to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the National Art Pass marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.
- Generous annual leave - 25 days annual leave and bank holidays, with additional non-contractual office closure dates at Christmas and an additional day in August.
- Art time - a half day per month to visit museums and galleries.
- Free Entry to Exhibitions.
- Life Assurance - cover for up to three times your basic salary.
- Season Ticket Loan.

- Pensions - Eligible employees are enrolled into the scheme with the exception of those who have contracts of three months or less. Art Fund contributes 8% of the basic annual salary during the first six months of employment or until probation is successfully completed, whichever is the later.
