Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our Research and Development team at Allen & Heath Limited. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and testing software for our exciting new digital audio mixing products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and test software to a high standard.
  2. Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize software features and requirements.
  3. Develop software features for new and existing products, ensuring they meet the required quality and functionality standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree or HND in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
  2. Proficiency in C++ and experience with object-oriented software analysis and design.
  3. Knowledge of iOS, Qt, and Linux/Mac operating systems.
  4. Understanding of networks and audio concepts.
  5. Some experience or interest in audio and audio mixing.
Desirable Skills

A highly motivated individual with the ability to work as part of a team and on self-directed project work. Should be able to use own initiative and enjoy problem-solving. Will have good communication skills, possessing the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels. Must be dedicated with a flexible approach to working hours.

Location

We are looking for someone who is willing to live and work in Cornwall.
