We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join our team at M&S Sutton Station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and support colleagues to maintain a safe working environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure operational excellence and adhere to guidelines.
- Focus on operational efficiency and champion improvements to simplify operations.

- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to ensure the team's success.
