We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team to support a male client in his late 20s who lives at home with his parents. The client is registered blind and requires complex care, including PEG feeding, gastrostomy medication, and oral suction. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex needs and be able to provide intuitive and proactive care.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driving license, access to their own vehicle, and be comfortable driving a VW transporter vehicle locally and up to central London locations. They will also have flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, both days and nights, and a minimum of 6 months UK care experience in a professional paid care setting.

The role requires a lot of moving and handling with and without hoists, and the successful candidate will be able to provide high-quality care while maintaining a positive attitude and being self-motivated.
